@TheBreadmonkey@beige.party Glad you found some dopamine from somewhere! I am also really struggling for spoons this week…a fun combination of autumn and stress from all angles. However I’ve just been for a nice (albeit pitch black) 8k jaunt round my favourite village loop. Feeling a bit less sorry for myself now.
