                                    A and question for the minds on here:

                                    On Fridays in the summer, the town next to ours does "Classic Cars Night". I'd guess about 100 cars/trucks are on display, of a wide range of makes and models built between about 1930 to current (super sports cars, if current).

                                    The average age of the owners/restorers of these vehicles is north of 60, easily.

                                    Am I wrong in surmising that 25 years from now such an event will be merely a dim memory? It's hard for me to believe people in their 30s and 40s are going to have the same desire to restore old cars. (And besides, what cars from the 80s through today will be worth restoring or even restorable?)
